#Nokia launched Nokia Group Communications and enhanced its mission-critical #LTE portfolio

Nokia announced a Nokia Group Communications, a service that features cool stuff like real-time push-to-video, fast calling with low latency and secure communications with end-to-end encryption. Nokia Group Communications will widen and enhance the Nokia’s portfolio regarding the mission-critical LTE public safety.

Interesting thing about this service is the ability to be used by 1,000 active users for push-to-video, and 20,000 active users push-to-talk, per single server with the ability to scale. Everything is compatible with WiFi or 3G network sin case that LTE connectivity isn’t available.

Nokia is really pushing the “Connecting People” into new the direction, which isn’t bad at all :).
