Nokia set a goal to own 100% of Alcatel Lucent shares from the early beginnings of the acquisition that started almost a year ago. As of today, Nokia holds 95.32% of the share capital and 95.25% of the voting rights of Alcatel-Lucent, what gives her in total 95.15% of the Alcatel-Lucent share capital on a fully-diluted basis. Nokia has just announced that it has filed the Offer with the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) in order to acquire 100% of Alcatel-Lucent, and complete the combination of the two companies. Nokia will offer EUR 3.50 per share for the remaining Alcatel Lucent shares so the acquisition could be fully finished by the end of the Q4 2016.

Since it is public offer, here is the offering for all Alcatel Lucent shares on the market:

EUR 3.50 per Alcatel-Lucent Share,

EUR 4.51 per 2019 OCEANEs, and

EUR 4.50 per 2020 OCEANEs.
