Xiaomi Smart Band 11 arrives slimmer and brighter for $43

Xiaomi has unveiled the Smart Band 11 in China, bringing a slimmer design, brighter display and improved health tracking while keeping the long battery life and affordable price the series is known for.

The new band features a 1.72-inch AMOLED display with up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness and slim 2 mm bezels. Xiaomi has also reduced the thickness to 9.99 mm, while the standard version weighs just 15.58 grams without the strap.

There are several versions available, including standard, NFC, ceramic and all-metal editions, along with a wide range of interchangeable straps. Despite the thinner body, the Smart Band 11 keeps its 5ATM water-resistance rating.

Health and fitness tracking has also been improved. The band comes with an upgraded heart-rate sensor and supports real-time heart rate, blood oxygen and stress monitoring, as well as women’s health features. Xiaomi has also introduced more advanced sleep tracking with HRV monitoring and AI-based sleep insights.

More than 150 sports modes are supported, covering both everyday activities and dedicated workouts.

Battery life remains one of the strongest features, with Xiaomi claiming up to 21 days on a single charge. The Smart Band 11 runs HyperOS 4 and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. NFC is available on selected models, although supported functions will depend on the market.

In China, the standard Smart Band 11 starts at 289 yuan, around $43, while the NFC version costs 339 yuan (~$50). Ceramic and all-metal editions are priced at 399 yuan (~$60).

For now, the Smart Band 11 is only available through Xiaomi’s Chinese channels, with no confirmed global launch date.

At around $43, Xiaomi once again offers a lot for the money. A brighter display, slimmer body, improved health tracking and three-week battery life make the Smart Band 11 an interesting alternative for anyone who wants fitness tracking without moving to a larger and more expensive smartwatch.
