Nokia G21 and Nokia G42 Receive November 2024 Security Patch

There is some good news for Nokia G21 and G42 users. Not so long after the X series got it,  HMD Global rolled out the November 2024 Google Security Patch for Nokia G21 and G42. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Nokia G21: The update weighs 19.72 MB.
  • Nokia G42: The download size is 95.02 MB.

Changelog is the classic one. The update brings the November security patch, improving your device’s security. There is also the standard advisory notice. It’s recommended to download the update over Wi-Fi to avoid potential charges from mobile data, especially while roaming. If in doubt, check with your mobile network provider.
