Say goodbye to unsent WhatsApp texts. Drafts are coming to Android app

How many times have you started typing a WhatsApp message without finishing sending it? This may not have happened to everyone, but we are sure that most of users have experienced such situations.

The problem usually arises when the person to whom you were supposed to answer remains in the dark, ghosted…?

To avoid such situations in the future, WhatsApp is developing a new feature that will enable the creation of drafts within the form for writing messages on Android.

After you start typing, and for some reason you don’t send the message, that conversation will be marked as “draft”, just like in email applications. Whenever you open the application, this icon reminds you of an unfinished or unsent message.

The feature is currently in beta testing and available to a limited group of users. We believe it will live on all Androids in a few weeks.
