Nokia G60, G42 and G21 receiving security patch
HMD released a July patch for several of its devices. I almost forgot to check for updates on Nokia devices now that I’m all on Skyline (which, by the way, is still on the June patch).
Anyway, I forgot to report the updates for the Nokia G60 and G42, and Branko just tipped us off about the Nokia G21 update being available in Belgrade, Serbia.
Here are the details:
- Nokia G21 | 14.82 MB | Security patch
- Nokia G60 | 90.33 MB | Security patch
- Nokia G42 | 49.32 MB | Security patch
The G60 couldn’t install the update for some reason. I tried clearing data for the Framework app and Google Play app, but that still didn’t help.
To check for the update, go to Settings > System > System Update > Check for Updates. Let us know in the comments if you’ve received the update.
