Nokia Mobile joins the Team Barbie with pink Nokia G42
When the Oppenheimer and Barbie movies hit cinemas, I was on Team Oppenheimer. However, I gathered the courage to check out Barbie, and I must say, the movie is surprisingly well-made.
It appears that Nokia Mobile was initially on Team Oppenheimer as well, with the Nokia G42 being released in darker So Gray and So Purple color variants. However, they’ve now joined Team Barbie since the Nokia G42 is also available in So Pink, resembling a Barbie phone.
The Barbie craze hasn’t altered the core of the phone. The new “So Pink” version of the Nokia G42 5G is still designed for easy repair. In the UK, it is priced at just £199 and can be purchased from the Nokia webshop at Nokia.com/phones.
The G42 boasts decent specs, and its price is only a fraction of what some flagship phones cost. For instance, you can fix its display yourself with a display repair kit priced at just £49.99, significantly cheaper than the cost of replacing a display on other, pricier phones.
