The new Nokia C30 officially announced

Nokia Mobile today officially announced a new member of the Nokia C series family – the Nokia C30. The C series smartphones are the most affordable smartphones the Finns offer, and the new C30 comes with two “biggest” features ever on Nokia phones.

The new C30 comes with a big 6.82″ screen and the biggest battery yet on Nokia phones – measuring 6000 mAh, that should be enough to 3 days of use. The phone comes with a classic Nokia Mobile design, with a teardrop notch on the front and a circular camera housing on the back. The big screen has a HD+ resolution and typical brightness of 400 nits. The already mentioned teardrop notch houses a 5MP front facing camera.

Nokia C30 is powered by a 8-core CPU consisting of 4 A55 cores at 1.6GHz and 4 A55 cores at 1.2GHz. It is coupled with 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, that can be expanded by a MicroSD card with up to 265GB of storage. The phone supports 2G, 3G, and 4G. BT4.2 is on board, but no NFC. The phone charges via a MicroUSB port and with 10W charging speed.

On the back, we have a 13MP autofocus camera and a 2MP depth camera. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint sensor. The phone uses Android 11 Go Edition and will receive 2 years of security updates.

The Nokia C30 is available in selected markets starting today with a starting price of 99 euro (116 USD, 8650 INR) in Green and White.
