New Nokia smartphone back cover leaks in three colors
The year-end is not far away, and most of us are expecting Nokia Mobile to announce something to end 2020 on a good note. Well, a new smartphone, most probably the Nokia C1 Plus, is due to be launched on December 15 in China, but the fans would appreciate more if there is something for the other markets as well.
Now, Hikari Calyx, a Nokia fan, has posted a picture on Twitter, which shows the back covers of an unannounced Nokia smartphone, probably the Nokia 5.4, in Purple, Blue, and Sand/Gold colors. The covers seem to have a non-matte look and a shiny appearance. The purple and blue color options are a bit darker on the edges, while the sand color option has golden/copper accent at some portions. This blue color option looks quite similar to the color of the Nokia 8.3 5G.
Even though the design of the covers looks similar to the leaked renders of the new device from the Nokia 7 series, the design also matches with the schematic of the Nokia 5.4 on the user manual shared by FCC. Another reason I think that the covers might belong to Nokia 5.4 is that as per the Australian retailers, the Nokia 5.4 will also be available in Blue and Purple colors. The covers also have a textured back similar to what we have seen on the Nokia 5.3, and some other affordable Nokia smartphones.
Anyways, the colors look good, and hopefully, we will get to see the final product this month.
