Nokia Mobile has launched two new affordable smartphones, Nokia 2.3 and Nokia C1, in Kenya. Nokia 2.3 will set you back for KES. 12,300 (€108), while the price for Nokia C1 is set at KES. 5,999 which is around €53. I’m not sure at what stores the devices will be available, but we’ll keep an eye on it.
Nokia 2.3 is an affordable 4G Android 9 device that is coming with 6.2 inches 720p display, 32GB of internal memory, 13 MP main camera shooter and 4000 mAh battery. Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 (12 nm) combined with 2 GB of RAM should be working well for the basic smartphone users.
Nokia C1 is a 3G super affordable smartphone that is running a GO version of Android 9 Pie. It is coming with a 5.45-inch display, 5MP shooter at the back and front, Quad-core 1.3 GHz processor paired with 1GB of RAM and a removable 2500mAh battery.
