Nokia 7.2 facing delivery delays in Russia
|One of the world’s largest smartphone markets is still waiting to see the sales start of the new Nokia 7.2. The Nokia 7.2 went early on pre-orders in Russia, just 10 days or so after the announcement at IFA2019. Then, customers were promised a delivery till October the 1st, but the situation changed in the meantime.
According to email conversations between customers and Nokia Mobile support in Russia, the delivery of the new Nokia 7.2 has been postponed. Initially, the store promised an October 1st delivery, but now it’s either by the end of October or “soon”, according to responses on social media VK.
How long will the huge delays between the announcement and the start of sales continue? Because of this, the brand loses many potential buyers. It’s the same every time. Management must be held accountable.

Because of the fact that they have to wait longer for their devices than promised, some users started asking questions with the hashtag #7_2WhenInRussia. Unfortunately, some of the willing buyers probably cancelled their orders because they can’t wait for another month for the device.
Nokia Mobile really needs to step up its logistic game if they want to retain a high customer satisfaction.
Thanks Alexander for the tip. 🙂
