Today the first verified photo of Nokia 7.2 leaked and raised the temperature in the Nokiasphere. Accidentally or not, Nokia Mobile posted officially the first teaser of the upcoming IFA2019 event where HMD is planning to announce several new Nokia phones.
Those leaks might be bad but definitely are an efficient tool for raising the attention to the brand or possible new phone.
Luckily, there is still a lot of things to be seen of Nokia 7.2, but the specific shapes of the device are revealed. Anyway, things are getting more interesting and the excitement is growing. Next to the Nokia 7.2, we could be seeing Nokia 5.2, Nokia 6.2 and a few feature phones among which clamshell Nokia 2720 could also raise the needed attention.
Anyway, I can see that Nokia Mobile is putting a lot of effort into bringing the Nokia brand back to its roots. In the background of the teaser you can see Finnish summer landscape, and even Nokia 7.2 reminds of forgotten designs that some past Nokia phones brought (Nokia Lumia 925, Lumia 830?).
Are you excited to see the new Nokia phones on September 5th? I must say I’m happy to see the new Nokia 6 since that phone is a hero of the new Nokia smartphone lineup.
