#Nokia 3, 5 and 6 launching in #Malaysia on 30th May

Malaysian media received invites from HMD Global for a launch event for the new Nokia smartphones, the 3, 5 and 6. The event will take place on 30th May, and will be hosted by James Rutherfoord, HMD’s VP for Asia-Pacific and Vijay Thangavelu, country manager for Malaysia and Myanmar at HMD Global. It’s called a launch event in the official invitation, so we assume the phones should be available for purchase at least in the week of 30th May. Prices and retail partners should be announced at the event.

Nokia 3310 is not mentioned, but it will probably be discussed and presented on the launch event. In other markets, today is the sales start of Nokia 3310 in India, retailing for Rs.3310 (€47), but we do not know which stores or operators will offer the device. The phone is already available in Poland, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Russia, and is soon expected in France, Finland and rest of the world as well.
