iQOO 15 India

Following its recent debut in China, iQOO is preparing to bring its latest flagship, the iQOO 15, to the Indian market next month. While an exact date hadn’t been confirmed, a new “Guess the Launch Date” teaser shared by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya strongly hints at a potential unveiling on November 27.

The teaser video provides a clear look at the iQOO 15’s design intended for the Indian market, showcasing a sleek white finish with distinct RGB lighting accents around the camera module. A spinning wheel graphic in the teaser notably stops on the date “27 / 11” three times, heavily suggesting November 27 as the targeted launch date.

Furthermore, text imprinted within the camera island confirms the device will support up to 100x digital zoom. Recent official confirmations also revealed that the iQOO 15 will be the brand’s first phone to launch with the new OriginOS 6 user interface pre-installed.

Recap of iQOO 15 Specifications (China Model)

While the teaser focuses on the date and design, the core specifications are expected to mirror the version launched in China. This includes a large 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a sharp 2K resolution, a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, and an anti-reflection coating.

Performance is handled by the latest flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. A substantial 7,000mAh battery powers the device, supporting fast 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The camera system features a 32-megapixel front camera. The rear setup comprises a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera. Other notable features include a metal middle frame, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, a USB-C (3.2 Gen 1) port, and robust IP68/69 water and dust resistance ratings.

The device launched in China with a starting price of 4,199 Yuan (~Rs 51,800) and is available in silver-red, green, white, and black, alongside a special King of Glory Collector’s Edition in blue. Pricing and variant details for the Indian market will be confirmed closer to the official launch.
