Chrome now allows you to lock incognito tabs

Incognito tabs on Chrome, one of the most popular things on the Internet, are getting a new security feature today, Google reports. When you upgrade Chrome on your phone, a new item will appear in its settings menu that allows you to lock incognito tabs.

If you open web pages in incognito mode before locking your phone, authentication will be required to access them again, i.e. unlocking via pin, fingerprint, or some other method used to unlock the screen. Tabs that were not incognito will remain visible.

This will certainly facilitate the use of inappropriate or other sensitive content and reduce the possibility of its exposure to unwanted views.
