Samsung Reveals Official One UI 9 Update List for Galaxy Phones and Tablets

One UI 9

Samsung has officially published the initial roster of Galaxy smartphones and tablets slated to receive the Android 17-based One UI 9 update, providing a concrete software roadmap for owners of older flagships and mid-range devices.

The confirmed device list originates from Samsung Japan, which outlined a local rollout window spanning October and November 2026. While international deployment schedules will vary, this baseline hardware roster is expected to apply globally. One UI 9 initially debuted alongside the Galaxy S26 series in September and is now beginning its broader market expansion.

This initial manifest is not exhaustive. Noticeably absent are the “Plus” variants of the Galaxy S25 and S24, alongside several regional A-series models. These omissions are likely tied to specific local market availability in Japan, and more devices will be confirmed as the global rollout progresses. Budget models and international units outside of the Japanese market are projected to receive the One UI 9 update between December 2026 and January 2027.
