Redmi K100 Series Specifications Appear on Geekbench Ahead of August Launch

Redmi has initiated promotional activities for its forthcoming K100 series in China, with a public showcase scheduled for the ChinaJoy 2026 exhibition prior to an official market launch in August. Preliminary hardware specifications have emerged through a recent benchmark database entry for one of the devices in the lineup.
A Xiaomi handset bearing the model number M511CD recently appeared on the Geekbench testing platform. This same model previously cleared China’s 3C regulatory certification, where documentation confirmed support for 100W wired charging. Industry assessments indicate this device represents one of the upcoming Redmi K100 models.
According to the Geekbench results, the smartphone is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (SM8850) processor paired with 16 gigabytes of RAM. The device operates on Android 16, overlaid with Xiaomi’s proprietary interface, though it remains unconfirmed whether it will ship with the newest HyperOS 4 software. In performance evaluations, the handset recorded 3,429 points in single-core processing and 10,461 points in multi-core testing.

Prior reports indicate the K100 series will incorporate an OLED display supporting a 185Hz refresh rate, alongside an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Both the standard and Pro models are expected to utilize the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform. Battery capacities are projected to reach 8,500 milliampere-hours with wireless charging for the standard model, while a higher-end Pro or Pro Max variant may integrate a 9,000 milliampere-hour cell.
Regarding camera hardware, the standard model is reported to include a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto macro module. The Pro edition is expected to substitute the standard telephoto lens with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto system. Additional specifications across the series reportedly include upgraded audio speakers, an enlarged haptic motor, and IP68/IP69 ingress protection ratings against dust and water.
