It’s been a while since we have seen the Nokia 5.3 launched on stage. The smartphone is meant for release alongside the Bond film “No Time To Die” in April 2020, but it has since been postponed in many countries due to logistical problems caused by the on-going pandemic. This is bad timing for the brand, as the film later announced that it will push for November release – about 8 months after the launch of the device.
The clock is ticking for Nokia Mobile though, and disappointed fans have been waiting for the device for three months already – enough time for them to decide on purchasing from another brand. Fortunately, some businesses already start opening its doors, continuing the flow of the disrupted supply chains.
In Belgium, the official Nokia website starts advertising the Nokia 5.3 on their main page alongside the Nokia 1.3 in Sand. Although it took us a few refreshes before we got to the dedicated Nokia 5.3 page, the website now gives an option of purchasing the device. The price is listed as €219 and is available in both Cyan and Charcoal colorways.
Nokia Mobile is also even kind enough to include free shipping and a 3-year limited warranty for the device.
