Video²: Hands on Nokia 7.1
With the new Nokia 7.1, HMD Global target the US and European markets, pushing design, build quality, screen and camera before the SoC or battery. Considering that, it doesn’t come as a surprise that Popular US YouTubers and media already got their hands on the Nokia 7.1 in New York, where the local HMD team spent an afternoon with the “influencers”. The European media got to try the device after the London event. Check some of the hands-on videos down below.
The consensus is basically that Nokia 7.1 is a promising device, to put it mildly – especially in the US where there is no Xiaomi and Huawei, and Trump killed ZTE, so for 350 dollars (4/64), some media call it “a steal” for that price. In US, it will be available via BestBuy, Amazon and B&H from 22 October, while pre-orders start tomorrow. In Europe the device should also hit the stores during this month, for 319 euros for the 3+32GB version and 349 euros for the 4+64GB version.
