Oppo says the standard F35 will gain a 2.5K video-recording option at 30fps through a future update. It is not available at launch.
What does the Pro add?
The F35 Pro has a larger, sharper display that refreshes at up to 144Hz, compared with 120Hz on the standard model. Its Dimensity 7360 MAX chipset is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage; the F35 uses LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2.
The camera systems differ, too. Both phones have a 50MP main rear camera, but the Pro adds optical image stabilization and an 8MP ultrawide. The standard F35 instead has a 2MP depth sensor. Both share a 50MP autofocus selfie camera with a wide field of view intended for group photos, while the Pro can record 4K video from both the front and rear cameras.
Battery capacity and stated wired-charging power are identical. Choosing the Pro therefore comes down primarily to its display, rear cameras, video capabilities and faster memory and storage—not a larger battery.
