Samsung Accelerates One UI 9 Global Rollout: Full List of Supported Galaxy Devices

Following a period of unexpected regional delays, Samsung has significantly accelerated the global rollout of its One UI 9 operating system. While the stable software build was initially confined to Galaxy S26 users in South Korea, the update is now rapidly expanding across international markets and arriving on a broader range of smartphones.

The deployment schedule has quickly scaled beyond the current flagship lineup. Shortly after pushing the global update to the Galaxy S26 series, Samsung officially initiated the One UI 9 rollout for the preceding Galaxy S25 family, as well as its latest generation of foldable devices.

Galaxy S Series

• Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, Galaxy S26 Ultra

• Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Edge, Galaxy S25 FE

Galaxy Z Series

• Galaxy Z TriFold

• Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7

This hardware list is expected to expand over the coming weeks as Samsung continues to optimize the software for older and mid-range handsets.

Users with eligible smartphones do not need to wait for an automatic push notification. The installation can be triggered manually by navigating to Settings > Software updates and selecting Download and install. Because Samsung executes its firmware updates in staggered, regional batches, it may still take several days for the software to become available across all global carriers.
