Infinix has officially expanded its Hot smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Hot 70 Pro. Blending unconventional design elements with robust hardware, the new device aims to capture the mid-range market by offering a unique interactive rear display, a massive battery, and a flagship-grade camera sensor for under Rs 23,000.

The Active Matrix Cube: Notifications Reimagined

The most striking addition to the Hot 70 Pro is the “Active Matrix Cube” situated on the back panel. This interactive mini-display breathes life into everyday alerts, visualizing incoming calls, text messages, charging status, weather updates, and even camera countdowns. Beyond utility, it serves as an entertainment hub. The panel syncs its lighting effects with music and games, allows users to program custom emojis via Matrix Studio, and even hosts mini-games like Lucky Wheel.

The physical design is equally playful. The device is available in four finishes: Silk Glow Purple, Dive Blue, Mirage Green (which glows under UV light), and Thermo Orange (which physically shifts color based on ambient temperature).
