Vivo X200T India Launch Imminent: Check Expected Price and Specs

 Vivo X200T

Vivo appears ready to disrupt India’s sub-flagship market with the imminent launch of the Vivo X200T. Following recent sightings on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Bluetooth SIG certification platforms, a new comprehensive leak has laid bare the device’s specifications, pointing to a smartphone that blends flagship performance with exceptional longevity.

According to reliable industry tipster Abhishek Yadav, the device—expected to launch by the end of this month—will arrive as a rebranding of the Vivo X200s, which debuted in China back in April 2025.

Flagship Performance and Stamina

The headline feature of the X200T is undoubtedly its endurance capabilities. The device is reported to house a massive 6,200mAh battery, a capacity that significantly outpaces most current competitors. This is paired with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging, ensuring minimal downtime.

Under the hood, the phone will be powered by the flagship-grade MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC. This chipset will be complemented by robust memory configurations, potentially offering up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, cooled by a 4.5K Nanofluid Vapor Chamber system to sustain peak performance during gaming.

A New Standard for Software Support

Perhaps the most significant revelation from the leak is Vivo’s commitment to software longevity. The X200T is expected to ship with Android 16 out of the box, backed by a promise of five major Android OS updates and seven years of security patches. This move would place Vivo in direct competition with Google and Samsung, offering a level of future-proofing rarely seen in this price segment.

Zeiss Optics and Display

True to the X-series lineage, the camera system is heavily emphasized. The rear module will reportedly feature a triple 50-megapixel setup tuned by Zeiss:

  • Main: 50MP Sony LYT-702 sensor with OIS.

  • Telephoto: 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope lens.

  • Ultra-wide: 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.

The content will be viewed on a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The build quality also appears to be top-tier, with IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner for biometrics.

Expected Pricing and Availability

Reports suggest that Vivo will position the X200T as an online-exclusive model in India to keep costs competitive. The expected price point is around Rs 55,000, which would make it an aggressive contender against the likes of the OnePlus 13R and Xiaomi’s T-series. The device is expected to be available in Black and Purple colorways.
