Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus officially announced

At an event today in India, Nokia Mobile announced two “new” devices for the global market – the Nokia 5.1 Plus and the Nokia 6.1 Plus. The devices are Android One variants of the Nokia X5 and Nokia X6 available in China. Both devices feature an “all screen” design with the notch, and offer high value for money, especially in Indian market that is next in line for the notched phones.

The Nokia 6.1 Plus comes with the identical specifications as the X6, that means that the phone features a glass sandwich design, with aluminum frame and an aluminum construction beneath. The front features a 5.8″ FHD+ screen with notch and 19:9 ratio covered by 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3, while on the back we have a 16MP+5MP (BW) dual camera setup and a 16MP camera on front. Under the hood there is the Snapdragon 636 bundled with 4GB of LPPDDR4x RAM and a 3060mAh battery. Three of my most favourite features, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi ac standard support and USB Type C are all on board.
