Honor MagicOS 10 upgrade

Honor MagicOS 10 upgrade plan for eligible devices has been announced, confirming every eligible device and a phased timeline that spans from premium flagships to budget-friendly handsets. The company is also specifying month-by-month windows so users know when to expect the update on their phones and tablets.

MagicOS 10 debuted with the Magic 8 series on October 15, bringing a fresh software build that unlocks several notable features and new AI capabilities. Alongside the announcement, Honor released a comprehensive list of models that will receive the update. Some top-tier devices—such as the Magic V5 foldable, the Magic 7 series, and the digital 400 models—are slated to get the new version this month. Others, including the Magic V3 series, GT phones, and more, will follow later. Honor says the MagicOS 10 rollout will likely finish by the first quarter of next year.

Honor MagicOS 10 beta install

To access official MagicOS 10 features as they’re finalized, users will pass through closed beta and public testing phases. You can install testing builds by signing up for the Beta Program and then navigating to Settings > System & Upgrades > Software Updates to download.

Honor has shared the upgrade plan for MagicOS 10 again, reiterating the eligible devices and the specific timeline for each model—covering everything from flagships to entry-tier hardware. As noted, MagicOS 10 launched on October 15 with the Magic 8 series, and the software introduces an array of improvements, including new AI features. The company’s published schedule indicates some flagships will be updated this month, while others—such as the Magic V3 series and GT devices—arrive later, with full deployment targeted by Q1 next year.
As before, upgrading to the official MagicOS 10 release involves closed and public beta testing. Users can opt in via the Beta Program, then fetch builds through Settings > System & Upgrades > Software Updates.
