Poco F7 Launched: Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, 7,550mAh Battery, and Aggressive Price

Poco has officially completed its F7 lineup with the launch of the standard Poco F7, a device that combines a futuristic design with flagship-grade performance and a colossal battery. With the Poco F7 Official, unveiled alongside the company’s first virtual avatar, Rydr, the Poco F7 is positioned to disrupt the market with its powerful new chipset and aggressive pricing.

Available in Black, White, and a special Snapdragon-themed Cyber Silver, the Poco F7 aims to deliver a premium experience without the premium price tag.

Design, Durability, and Display

The Poco F7 is built around a CNC-machined aluminum frame with a glass front and back, providing a robust and premium feel. The Cyber Silver Edition stands out with a unique mechanical-style overlay. Demonstrating its durability, Poco claims the device is IP68-rated for water and dust resistance and can withstand up to 70kg of pressure.

Upfront, the device features a large 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1280x2772px resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. With a peak brightness of 3,200 nits and slim bezels, it achieves an impressive 94.23% screen-to-body ratio.

At the heart of the Poco F7 is the brand-new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. Poco highlights that this “all-big-core” architecture delivers a 30% performance boost, enabling the device to achieve a remarkable score of over 2 million on the AnTuTu benchmark.

To manage thermals during intense use, the phone incorporates a 6000mm² 3D Dual-Channel IceLoop System—the largest cooling solution ever fitted in a Poco device. For gamers, the WildBoost 4.0 engine ensures smooth, high-frame-rate gameplay, promising up to 120fps in demanding titles like Genshin Impact.

Class-Leading Battery and Charging

The Poco F7 sets a new standard for battery capacity in its class. The global model is equipped with a massive 6,500mAh battery, while the version for the Indian market boasts an even larger 7,550mAh cell.

Both versions support 90W HyperCharge, capable of charging the global model to 80% in just 30 minutes. In a practical touch, the F7 also offers 22.5W reverse wired charging, allowing you to power other USB-C devices.
