Redmi Watch Move Launches in India with AMOLED Display and 14-Day Battery Life
Xiaomi has unveiled a new budget-friendly smartwatch in India — the Redmi Watch Move. Despite its affordable price tag, the wearable offers impressive features, including an AMOLED display and long-lasting battery life.
The Redmi Watch Move is equipped with a 1.85-inch rectangular AMOLED screen with a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels and peak brightness of 600 nits. Xiaomi claims it’s the brightest and smoothest display in its segment.
The device also boasts a 97% accurate heart rate monitor and a 14-day battery life, powered by a 300mAh battery. Combined with Xiaomi’s HyperOS, typical usage yields two weeks of operation on a single charge. However, enabling the Always-On Display (AOD) reduces battery life to around five days.
The watch includes 5 base watch face layouts and access to over 200 designs, many of which support AOD. In celebration of its Indian launch, the watch features festive themes inspired by local traditions and holidays.
Weighing just 25g without the strap (or 39g with the TPU band), the Redmi Watch Move has a 10.8mm thick body with a functional crown button on the side. It is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and supports the Hindi language for a localized user experience.
