January security patch showing up for Nokia 3.1 Plus

The users of the Nokia 3.1 Plus started reporting that the January security update is available for their phone. Nokia Mobile did update the Update Tracker page recently, but the January security patch is still not shown on the list. The update is 89.7 MB large, and if you are close to your digital pet check if the update is available, and come back with the info in the comments.
