Nokia TA-1188 passed the EEC certification process

A new Nokia phone with not previously seen model number, Nokia TA-1188, has passed the certification of EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission). The certification document didn’t reveal much except the phone’s model number, and that it is branded with Nokia. The date of the registration is March 18, 2019, and the cancellation date wasn’t provided. One this that is odd about the certification is the old address of the official HMD Global headquarters. As I recollect, HMD moved from across the Nokia’s main entrance (Karaportti 2) and went in another part of Espoo. The address of a new HMD Global HQ is Bertel Jungin aukio 9.

Anyway, I really have no clue what this could turn out to be. Some are suggesting that Nokia 6.2 could be the bearer of this number, but the model numbers TA-11XX were usually assigned to the lower end Nokia phones like Nokia 3.1, Nokia 2, Nokia 1 Plus, at least in the past year. This doesn’t have to mean anything, but we might be seeing Nokia 5.2 and Nokia 6.2 rather soon since new certification documents started appearing. What do you think guys?
