HMD just has to release three (actually four) more source codes to cover all the Nokia phones released and finish the job. The Open source releases webpage was refreshed once more, now with the source code files for beautiful Nokia 8 Sirocco. Again, the source code files don’t mean anything without the unlocked bootloader, but HMD is obliged to share it publicly, and it is doing that correctly.
There are now just two three phones that are not on the list, Nokia 5, Nokia 2 and Nokia 3.1 Plus. The job won’t stop there since on MWC2019 we’ll probably see at least two new Nokia phones, Nokia 6.2 and maybe Nokia 9 Pureview.
