Nokia made its way to the Fortune500 list again

The Fortune magazine has enlisted Nokia once again in the Fortune500 list. It is interesting to know that the world’s 500 largest companies generated $27.7 trillion in revenues and $1.5 trillion in profits in 2016. Nokia has been on the list 19 years which proves her importance in the world, but fell of the top 500 after selling the Devices and Services Business to Microsoft. This year, Nokia is back, taking 415th , place and the revenue that ensured that place was 26.113 billion USD. This kind of news will also put a smile on the faces of the 102,687 people that are working for this company and getting their salaries from those revenues.

For comparison, Apple is 9th, Samsung is 15th, Huawei Holding 21st, LG Electronics holds 201 place, and Lenovo Group is 221st. It would be also nice to mention that LM Ericsson holds 419th place.
