Leak: #Nokia 8 with 13MP front and 13MP rear dual-lens camera

The closer we get to the HMD event scheduled for 16th August, more leaks about devices that could be announced there surface on the web. This time we have new photos from China that confirm some already known specifications of Nokia 8, like the Snapdragon 835, 5.3-inch 2K screen or the 4GB RAM. But, this time we also learn something new, and that’s that the front camera of Nokia 8 will have a fairly large 13MP sensor and will be capable of recording Ultra HD (4K) video.

The rear camera will also have 13MP resolution, but it will feature 2 sensors: one RGB and one monochromatic. The rear camera will probably be ZEISS branded and you can learn more about how it will work by clicking here.

The, so far, known specifications of the Nokia 8 are:

  • 5.3-inch 2K display
  • Snapdragon 835
  • 4GB RAM
  • 64GB storage
  • 13MP dual-lens back camera with ZEISS branding
  • 13MP front camera
  • Android 7.1.1 (or 8)
  • about €500 price tag
