We are less than a week away from the Nokia event in China where the Company is expected to announce the Nokia X7 – a Snapdragon 710 Powered upper midrange device. We heard a lot about the X7, codenamed Phoenix, with the most legit batch of data coming from Chinese certification agency TENAA, that revealed photos and specs.
Nokia Mobile China started teasing the device on Weibo, posting images with “criptic” messages, that we covered here. Another image recently appeared mentioning the AI capabilities of the phone. As VTechgraphy reports, sources from HMD commented on Weibo that the upcoming Nokia X7 will feature new camera algorithms, low light optimizations, AI tech and Optical Image Stabilization or OIS. From these statements, the camera looks promising.
Nokia X7 today visited Geekbench, and in their database (via telefoonabonnement.nl) we can see that the phone will use Snapdragon 710, 6GB of RAM and run on Android 8.1, just as TENAA posted some weeks ago.
The X7, at least judging by rumors, looks like an interesting device and I can’t wait for the 16th (or maybe tomorrow in India?) to see it in action.
