Nokia 5.1 and 8110 4G up on pre-orders in Russia

The really long awaited Nokia 8110 4G, announced back at MWC2018 more than 3 months ago, slowly started appearing in various markets around the world, and now is the turn for Russian market, where the 8110 4G went on pre-orders for 5990 rubles or 81 euros. The device can be pre-ordered via the official Nokia store for Russia.

Another Nokia device that went on pre-orders in Russia is the new Nokia 5.1. The successor of the, in my opinion, best value for money phone HMD announced last year, comes with a bigger screen, now in fullHD and improved camera, as well as with a 40% speed increase, according to Nokia Mobile.

Nokia 5.1 global launch is scheduled for July, but customers in Russia can already pre-order the device in different colors, but for an undisclosed price. I don’t know how the pre-order process goes, considering you need a (Russian) phone number for registration, so if any of our readers decides to pre-order (or try to pre-order) the 5.1, we would appreciate some feedback in the comments below.

The delivery date for both devices is still unknown. A new device that you can already buy in Russia is the Nokia 3.1, that is available via the official Nokia store for 11990 rubles or 163 euros. We are still waiting for our review units, and until then we cannot really say which device is the better purchase options. You can read our first hands on with the new phones here.
