Maybe you have, or maybe you haven’t heard about David Detko, but I can tell you that he is one of the few people that really showed how powerful cameras are on Nokia, and later Microsoft Lumia devices. His shots were just astonishing, like taken with a professional camera, and by a professional. Well, Detko has just changed the ship and announced he switched his bad, and not working Lumia for a working phone, iPhone 7 Plus.
But, he didn’t switch Lumia 640 XL (which is a decent phone), he had a top model Lumia 950, and described that one as not working. Needless to say, that Detko is working for Microsoft as a retail manager and he did this move. Not so sure that top model Lumias are faulty, but there is nothing to wonder since many people working at Microsoft did the same. Even Nokia people got iPhones ages ago. His switch to iPhone is also reasonable since one of the greatest camera guys from Nokia, Ari Partinen worked on iPhone 7’s dual camera, and now Detko can use numerous apps from the Apple store to push the limits of mobile photography once again.
Maybe he should have waited for new Nokia top model form HMD Global, which will supposedly come with great camera with graphene based sensor. Maybe he will switch back?
